I have just received a letter from my US friend Mrs Lorente.
I think I have mentioned her name in one of my posts. We have known each other for many years. Our students were also good penfriends and, together, we organized several exciting cross-cultural projects. I visited their school and met all the students and even their parents! That was an unforgettable experience and we still treasure all the photos, letters and memories!
Read what Mrs L. (this is the way her students addressed her when I met them) has written in her letter:
...about 12 kids signed up who want to write to your students. Some have even picked out photos from your website! Most of the kids signed up are 6th graders with one 2nd grader. They are so excited about the possibility. Let me know if any of your students are interested and we can exchange photos. It will be fun to do this again!
